There are several potential causes for a camera and/or microphone failure.
Follow these steps to correct common failures:
- HP Monitor with built-in Camera & Microphone:
a) Unplug the power cable from the monitor. Wait 5 seconds and plug-in the monitor.
b) Retest.
c) Submit a Help Desk ticket if failure continues.
- Logitech Webcam:
a) Unplug the USB cable from the computer/thin client. Wait 5 seconds and plug-in the USB cable.
b) Retest.
c) Submit a Help Desk ticket if failure continues.
