Franklin County utilizes a Cisco Webex Phone System for County Communications.
If you are moving your phone or plan on moving your phone, please contact the Court IT Team prior to the move. Phones will operate in most floors of most county buildings. It is important that PFM Telecom document the location of phones for the Sheriff’s Security Team to respond to emergencies.
