County Phone Information

Franklin County Public Facilities Management (PFM) utilizes a Mitel IP Phone System for County Communications.

If you are moving your phone or plan on moving your phone, please contact the Court IT Team prior to the move. Phones will operate in most floors of most county buildings. It is important that PFM Telecom document the location of phones for the Sheriff’s Security Team to respond to emergencies.

References guides are available below for using your county phone. Since these are quick reference guides, not all features are necessarily listed below. Voicemail and conference call instructions are also provided for your convenience.
